If they advertised for that spot, I imagine it would have been worded thusly:
"VO needed for ~15 minute advert. Looking for native British speaker who can deliver a believable Asian accent, while also infusing the script with Australian and Swedish tones. Ability to over-enunciate and pause awkwardly between words a plus. Project has a budget of $5."
