I have been successful in the past in using this software to rip a DVD, but now it is not showing the video - just playing audio.

Downloaded and installed the latest version - still no video - although if I go into settings I can see the video there, just not on the main screen and not on the finished copy.

Any ideas if it is operator error?

i'm not familiar with that software specifically - but is there a button to click (somewhere) that says "encode audio" and "encode video" --- or something like that? sometimes there are two buttons & you have to check them both.

No options like that - you select the output format and in the past if you select AVI for example, you can preview both the audio and the video. Now, no video is showing up or being recorded.
