I rarely post anything of this sort; the story made such an impression that I was compelled to do so.

I think more than anything it speaks to the ingenuity that we were created with and how this carries over into how we face adversity and overcome it, something evidenced in many ways here at the VO-BB...

Wow! That's incredible! I can't help but wonder how he did it though (I'm guessing he had someone help him build them, but the article doesn't seem to go into that).

Did anyone happen to notice HOW he lost his hands?

It was when a "homemade blast fishing bomb" exploded prematurely!

Now I may not be the world's most avid outdoorsperson, but something about that approach to fishing just seems a bit unfair to me.
