OK so I've just landed a video game character,..and have another similar project on the back burner..the problem is I have no reference on rates...is it by the page?, per word? perminute of finished audio?

HELP!

D.B. gives AFTRA rates in this thread, and they're based on studio time:

Non-union rates can be a bit lower. One page, one character, a half hour of your time, for a smaller game company? I'd say consider $200 to $250.
