I got an email (and I'm sure many of you did too) with this free Waves One Knob Louder plugin. I don't know how helpful it will be for VO, but I thought I'd pass on the link. It is valid for the 23rd only.

This seems like it could be pretty usable for raising levels. It is an ever so slight compressor with a limiting it would be great if it had at least a setting for the max peak value, but it's not a bad plugin at all for free (down from $4cool.

Thanks for the link. I've requested it, but the message I got back was (and I paraphrase) "Aaaaargh! We're overwhelmed... you'll get the serial number in 48 hours or so!"

Silly people... didn't they realize that the word "free" creates a deluge of responses Smile

I got the same message, Bish. It probably didn't help that the Pro Tools Expert podcast guys promoted this on their blog!

I must have been fortunate then Smile My boys woke me up at 6am, and I'm in San Diego for a couple weeks, so I was already up early PST.
