i think connie has something like that.
i've been doing a lot of video in hospitals lately and have seen many similar devices in ORs and cath labs & the like. i'm going to ask if they ever decommission them.

That's nice stuff, but a little small if it's meant to be a desk replacement. I was contemplating just putting my corner desk up on blocks and getting a comfy padded swivel bar-stool for when I need to sit.
Practical, cheap... but nowhere near as sexy as a motorized option

I've worked strictly standing now for almost 2 months, and it really makes me more productive, and keeps my energy levels up. Even when working late into the night, I never fall asleep at my desk! I just use a large Ikea coffee table on my desktop, worked out very nicely. Haven't found a stool tall enough and comfortable enough for my needs, yet.
