I posted my original effort a couple months back and have since reworked some things based on some fine advice from Doug and Bruce.
If anyone feels like picking them apart I would love to hear what you don't like and what you do! The more critical and the better, I have thick skin so let me have it! One step at a time and hopefully it will be competitive some day...
I hired a web designer yesterday so the current site will be gone soon but my demos are still there. "Commercial" and "Commercial Announcer" are the 2 I'm trying to decide between, which sounds better and why? Any tips on my narration demo would be cool too if you're feeling like it (oddly it books more than my commercial demo but hasn't been a major focus, yet) .

Thank you all so much, you are a great group!

Home Page:
"...as a real person as opposed to..."
About page:
"He understands that the art of voice over lies in finding clever ways to evoke emotion and create interest, no matter the medium." (At least I think that you mean "evoke.")
ISDN Studio page:
ShureSM7B
The "Room" section on this page is the only place on the site where you've written in the first person ("Mine has been professionally tested...") You might wanna change that to third person, so it agrees with the rest of the site.

Thanks Doug. About the time I got the site up I started realizing it had browser compatibility issues and a variety of other problems and I would need to hire a pro so I let the proof reading fall by the wayside. I'm not the best proof reader to start and probably wouldn't of caught some of those so thank you!
Thanks,

Your header graphics are misplaced and over-lapping the text when viewed on Firefox (Mac)... looks fine on Safari though. I'll send you a screen shot. _________________ Bish a.k.a. Bish

Hey Drew!
I'm also not a fan of the text on your home page, as well as the "about" page. You are stating the obvious of a professional voice actor. But it's stated kind of pretentiously. I'm just not a fan of marketing that explains how brilliant or professional a talent is. Let the demo prove the brilliance, and just BE professional. And I can't play your demos on my iPad.

Thanks so much guys. As I said I've hired a web designer and the current site is just a place holder for the demos and will be completely blown up soon but I do appreciate you comments on the text, Bob.
Originally I had a kind of funny, sarcastic paragraph poking fun at all the "I'm the best ever holy cow look how good I am" stuff you see on most VO sites but I came to the conclusion that the joke would be lost on anyone but other VO people so I changed it to the current. After hearing Bob's thoughts I'm pretty sure my new site will be devoid of any boasting verbiage and I will just let my demos and work do all the talking.
I love hearing feedback on the site but I'm thinking maybe I should of just given a soundcloud link to get some feed back on my demo. My bad for the confusion! If anyone has any thoughts on my demo specifically though I would love ya for it!

Funny this should come up here....
Spent a couple of days looking at websites belonging to "creatives".
You'd be surprised how many of them weren't.
A site that's "not ready for prime time" speaks volumes about the talent it represents....
Don't be that guy.
