Sitting on a flight from Beijing I browsed the video selection and found this song. First the sound of the Flugel Horn got me and then the performance and the lyrics did the rest. German flight attendant handed me some tissues, borrowed my headphones then took a few tissues back.

Needless to say the video was a compilation of Tony Bennett singing with other artists. Another "Wow moment" was him singing "That's why the lady is a tramp". I had no idea that Lady Gaga was able to do this ......

Dang. I mean. Whaaa! Seriously eye-opening video. I was impressed with both of them... with him for still being as good as that, and with her for really surprising me.
But, who else spent a disproportionate amount of time looking at the microphones

Tony Bennett is a machine. In a good way. Those were fun to watch.
Thanks for fueling my long-overdue exploration of Lady Gaga's stuff. From what I saw tonight, her range of abilities is really rather stunning.
