Ahhh... this has come up before. The Razzamatazz version of the site (with comic sans and seasonal adjustments) has the linky-link. The subtle, understated blue/grey of the classier version doesn't.

If you temporarily change your skin to the louder version the link is there.

Edit: I've just checked, and it looks like only the Comic version has the link... Chronicles & subSilver don't.
