Recently been asked to do quite a bit of ADR-type work, dubbing interviews, etc.

Something along the lines of, "OK, we want you to do the voices of three different guys in their 20s and 30s, and a couple of guys in their 60s."

Multiple people. often within a similar age range,

Not the greatest paying gigs, but I want to get better at it.
Mind you, not character, dramatic or cartoon voices (which would be more fun and, frankly easier for me), but quasi-authentic.

Any recommended teachers, materials, etc, for improving at this?

I know Pat Fraley does some ADR instruction weekends from time to time.

Pats ADR weekends are stellar. Barbra Harris works people well, and expects professional conduct, too.

Are you asking for help developing the different voices or the ADR technique?

For developing characters watch documentaries where they interview real people and just let the words go in your ears and out of your mouth - record this - so you can study the pacing and inflections and voice placement stuff that you end up doing spontaneously so that you can figure out how to replicate them down the road.

And watch this interview with Lani Minella - http://sdccd106.wordpress.com/2011/07/09/lani-minella-voice-goddess/
