I like it. You definitely have your style/voice worked out. My dos pesos:
1.) Get it to one minute. Some places will only take one minute demos.
2.) Don't fade at the end. Don't fade in/out at all (or at least not noticeably).
3.) Trim these clips to about 10-12 seconds, and then add two more clips that are still "you" but says something different with a different tone/energy.

Here, let me confuse the issue.
I like the first demo alot....totally engaged by the delivery, the scripts etc.
In the first demo I hated, HATED the fades between segments. Please cut, don't fade demo segments, evar. Personal peeve.
Second demo lost the pacing subtlety of the first. Don't use the second, use the first. Your sound is awesome, your interpretation is great. Producers will totally get the sound and the nuance you can offer from the first demo.
Great money voice.
