My doctor and his happy band of Health Gnomes have finished with my tests and the numbers tell them I died 3 months ago. I think it may have been on a Thursday.

Healthy lifestyle! Hah!

There's a real tragedy in all this, Mrs Banks doesn't know how to work the coffee machine.

Maureen - Head Health Gnome tried some new therapy on me. Knees on chest, hands around throat, apply extreme pressure and scream ....

"LOOK AFTER YOURSELF ..... I hate you ...Why do you ignore me? LOOK AFTER YOURSELF ...etc" Apart from some light bruising I really failed to see the point of the exercise.
