I know everyone 'round these parts it leery of marketing mumbo-jumbo, but I read an article this morning that reminded and reinforced some things for me. Though I'd share it with ya'll!

It really goes along with the discussions we've had about "touches." The last one is huge. I've had repeat clients in part because of this. People really miss the personal touch in this dark digital abyss we live in.
