I had a session this morning, and was going to do it via Skype, as I have many times before... and for some reason, I couldn't switch the input/output from my computer to my microphone and headphones in the booth!
MUY EMBARRASSING! Mortifying, really.  The client understood completely, and we used a cell phone instead, but I'm highly annoyed at myself. And now I need to fix it before I do anything else.
Would some Tech Guru care to help me trouble-shoot the problem, in real time on Skype...? I've already rebooted the computer, so the problem lies within, I guess... I would be forever grateful...

I'm guessing it had something to do with the settings on your interface, or
you were using a different interface than you normally do |

Never mind - I'm going back to bed.
The audio/video preferences are on my SKYPE, not Audacity... but the problem still was that the audio/video tab was not there when I was skyping with the client.

Rob, I edited my stupidity. Again.
I think maybe I was in System Preferences instead of Skype. Or Audacity preferences....
Or maybe I shouldn't have had those shots of whiskey before the session...
