Ah, another list thingy with pleasant written narrative. Something to peruse if you're having a lazy weekend. And Tobey Maguire is not one of them even though his photo is featured up front.

Interesting read. I, personally, would have put Welles at #1 over Freeman, but it's a pretty subjective list. But a good one. _________________ Scott R. Pollak

I agree with putting Welles at the top of the list. I also agree that it is totally subjective. A few more names I would submit for consideration include, Edward Herrmann, Peter Coyote, Sigourney Weaver, Edward James Olmos, Richard Burton, James Earl Jones, Tammy Grimes, and Leonard Nimoy. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

I'm SO glad to see Cate Blanchett on this list. Her open in LOTR set the bar for me - though I saw it as an impossible bar to reach. But it was that that said 'yes, it'll be an uphill struggle for years and years but we (women) can do this. |

I knew Freeman would be listed as #1. I must admit... I melt when I hear his voice. _________________ Rena
