funny story - my initial contact with the client was a major and was very difficult - no communication for several weeks until i received an email from a 3-star general (well, his office) who was taking over. i eventually learned the general said the major had made a "soup-sandwich" out of this project & he was taking it over himself. very efficient guy - project was completed super-fast. but he doesn't seem much like the negotiating type.

The usage is still in-house. They've simply made it available to a wider audience. It's limited streaming, after all.

I'd express pleasure that they're happy with your work, and eagerness to work with them on future projects.
