Hello everyone. My name is Colin and I'm an aspiring voice over artist/ Actor who is excited for the opportunity to be around others of similar interests. I'm starting my Senior Year in College and I'm almost completed with a Modeling/Acting program and will become agency represented soon. I will post my demos that I have done for the local radio station 104.5 WCCX and will anxiously await responses. Thanks for having me. |

Colin,
You've come to a good place. Still a college student, huh? Well, um, the pool is on the 4th floor.

Jus' Messin' wit' cha. (he he)
Can't wait to hear the demos. OH...and please tell us what equipment you used as well. Mic, preamp, any processing, etc. (if possible)
It just that some of the more "techie" folks here like to hear all of the "nitty gritty" details. |

last I checked, llamas don't use mics or preamps. _________________ 006 member of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Mic. Bonded by sound.

And there is a good reason for that, too. Ever see a llama when it get's upset? Humankind has not invented a pop filter or a foam windscreen that can protect a mic from a spitting llama. |

Welcome to the dolphin pool Colin. Lots if great advice and sage wisdom in the archives- go dig there for gold. Speaking if llamas- please keep him out of the living room- or be prepared to clean up after him. And mind the watercress. _________________ Moe Egan

Hey Colin! Welcome aboard. It's been said, but there is a vast wealth of knowledge here, should you choose to dig. |

hi colin, and welcome! just so you know, this is not hazing. it's just that wyatt came just before you did, and is passing on all the llama/chocolate/todd is wet/watercress duties to you. it's only fair. not.
good luck in your last year of college - it really stinks when you get out and realize you don't have summers off anymore (if you happen to land a "real" job!) _________________ sitting at #8, though not as present as I'd like to be. Hello!
