Welcome Colin! As others have already said, there is a TON of useful information here. If you can't find it in a search from here, try searching the term in Google followed by VO-BB. _________________ Back into the murky lurk from whence I came

Hi Colin... welcome to the show. I think all the important stuff has been covered... as has been said, the archives are really helpful... I use them all the time.
... and Monk... why am I not surprised. _________________ Bish a.k.a. Bish

Can't wait to hear the demos. OH...and please tell us what equipment you used as well. Mic, preamp, any processing, etc. (if possible)
It just that some of the more "techie" folks here like to hear all of the "nitty gritty" details. |
I can't wait to share the demos that I have. The only type of equipment I can remember off the top of my head is the program audacity. Not the best recording program, but it's what's available to me. I'll let you know the more technical aspects of the equipment when I get back into the studio again this coming semester. |

For most of what voiceoverists need to do (i.e. record their voices, edit the recordings, and send them on), Audacity works perfectly well. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.
