I would like one of these in my backyard:
Then I would like to put a StudioBricks booth in it. Oh yes...I need a backyard first. I would also like a pony. _________________ Adam

My neighbor built a chicken coop in his backyard last summer. Before the chickens moved in, I took a tour and couldn't help but think, "add a desk, a little soundproofing material, and it would be a KILLER studio"...
Totally wasted on the chickens, IMO. _________________ Always look on the bright side of life.

The practicality of the "studio shed" idea would be highly dependent on your geography. Here in Georgia, how big would the air conditioner have to be to keep it livable in the Summer time? I'm not sure God has made enough soundproofing material to isolate the recording area from a stand-alone A/C.
I think of where my daughter lives in Wisconsin. You would have to have a team a sled dogs on stand-by in the winter just to get over to the house to use the bath room.
But the shed is cute.... makes for a nice fantasy! |

I've always loved that idea as well (until the 5-6 months of snowy winter hits and then I'm pretty happy not having to leave my comfy house...lol!). Maybe it could be my Spring, Summer, Fall studio...hmmmm. _________________ Back into the murky lurk from whence I came

I love the idea and the mid century architectural design of this model. I've looked at it before. _________________ Gregory Best
