I really like the new logo. VERY much.
I hope you do something cool with the color of it to represent the different types of voice work you do...Blue "DAVE" for commercials, Red "DAVE" for narrations and so on.
I can see a bunch of options/

You might want to check with Mr. Sciampaglia or some other competent counsel, but I believe you have misappropriated a copyrighted work for commercial purposes (personal gain).
That is unless you have permission to use their music. I don't believe this would be considered parody.
Better safe than sorry.
