Hi - I participate in a coordinated effort called WOW or Work Out Wednesdays with a fella named Larry Hudson at the helm. He's got it down to a science (as much as can be scientific) and the workouts run very smoothly. There's a workout every week and a variety of types join in, limited to 4 or 5 per group. Each person brings a script (all are uploaded to dropbox) and one person directs (not coach, direct). I have found that directing is a major place to learn too.

I also am offering improv workouts but that's not at all straight script stuff like Larry. I wrote about that in the 'events' section here.

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know there's another group that has multiple Wed groups and a Saturday one too.

How did your first effort go yesterday? I'd like to join in if you want another. Is that 2 pm Eastern?

It did not get off the ground. But we are planning next week at the same time Friday 12 p.m midday eastern standard time. That would be great to have you part of it Rebecca, Will email you.
