What does this have to do with VO? Actually, I think this console would be a fantastic VO studio mixer for those who like the ultimate in flexible signal routing, built in USB, built in mix-minus, compact size, and even contact closures to kick on your "RECORDING" light (with the addition of a relay pack).
Check out this 3 minute unboxing video I just threw together

Self noise with pre at max with a load across it is -125dB so, it's a quiet unit.

Having seen one too many unboxings of shiny Apple products, I loved the observation about how the lack of flashy retail packaging shows how professional the gear is Laugh

I just recorded this with it, for the hell of it (I've never made a radio jingle before).
I think the preamps sound damn good, but not should if I could say one is better than the other.

I've often wanted the Zed-10 because of its mix-minus and advanced routing capabilities. This one sounds even more interesting.

Congratulations, George! You know I love the Allen @ Heath XB series mixers. Awesome! Hopefully it makes your life easier tonight as EWABS takes to the airwaves.

It has one or two quirks that I need to work out with tech support, namely based around how the mix-minus buss works with USB and how to record an incoming stream from Source Connect or similar without a loopback issue.
The compressors are too heavy handed for VO work, but for my needs they are wonderful to have.

Sound quality is fantastic. here's my attempt at singing a jingle using my beat-up MXL1006 direct into the board, onboard compressor engaged.
