Hello All,
So, after a few months of absorbing feedback both here and other places around the web (mostly here) I have returned (been lurking) with my polished website and new reels.
I incorporated the copy advice from Bruce (including recommendations from clients), the color pallet advice from Corey Snow, the demo reel advice from Bob Bergen and Doug Turkel and targeted what I think I can uniquely bring to the table.
Two of the reels are live and the other two are in the works. My original reel has been taken out into the back and shot. This is what I'm going to be bringing with me to GDC (Game Developers Conference) in San Fran, so any feedback will be received in gratitude.
So, once again, I open myself to the collective wisdom of the "heard" in thanks.

The site looks cracking, Jacob. Clear, and full of character - something often lacking in the URL world.
And I love the demos! A great mix of characters, tones and scenarios.

The other pages didn't have anything that jumped out at me. Still... best fire that editor.
