Border collies just rock. I can't imagine a much more intelligent dog, although I know technically poodles are supposed to be.
My brother-in-law is an honest-to-Gawd cowboy who has always had border collies and I've never ceased to be amazed at how well they can be trained.

If poodles are so smart, how come they are so frequently tricked into getting those silly haircuts.
