After waaayyyyy too much procrastinating, I finally bit the bullet and had a new website built... I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out, figured I'd share:

Looks very good, even on an iPhone. My only thought is it's awfully big on a standard monitor so you have to do lots of roaming around to see everything. That's normal and expected on small devices, but you might be losing some first impression business for those on full size screens.

Still, just a very nicely done site.

Agreed ..The Site looks good.

BUT..I'm not a fan of webpages that I have to scroll down to see. Although, on a mobile phone it may be all visible at once. Other than that....I've been listing to your Demos play non-stop as I write this.

VERY Good stuff.

these "flat" responsive themes are all the rage right now --- and, personally i like them a lot. but i think they MIGHT be too hip for their own good sometimes. i saw the navigation buttons at the right side, probably because i was looking for them - but i think most will miss them. maybe a subtile menu at the top to help direct those of us over 30?

really awesome work, btw.

WHAT? There was a "navigate button?" I had to go back and check. Sure enough...there were something that looked like a traffic light on steroids that when I clicked it..did in fact...move you around the page.

Very cute. Something that would make a graphic artist smile. BUT...I find that people have an enormous capacity to OVERLOOK things...if they are not totally OBVIOUS. And sometimes....even then.

I went and listened briefly to your demos (quite good too!) and for me the Promo audio played quite a bit louder than the others, to the point of being a bit distorted.

Thanks for checking it out guys (and for the kind words)! I think the single-page thing is just a matter of personal preference... I think it's easier to scroll/swipe than click on a link/button and wait for a new page to pop up, especially with mobile devices. And these type of pages do work really well with mobile... I've seen some otherwise great-looking sites that when viewed on mobile are really tiny or things get thrown out of whack.

I'll look into what my navigation options are... my site designer was really good about making it look like and do exactly what I wanted, I'm sure she'll come up with something.

And thanks for the note on the Promo demo Bruce... I'm getting a new one produced next month but I'll tweak that one in the interim.

Wow! I love it! Simple, yet full of great samples and content. I'm checking out your web designer's page right now too Laugh
