It's actually a bit of a sad commentary that there are so many charlatans out there, offering their "expert" advice to newbies and wannabes, that this spoof has enough ring of authenticity to make one consider that it could actually have been legit. Maybe it's not quite ridiculous enough for suspension of disbelief.
