As a battle-scarred veteran of trying to tame unexpected sources of noise in a recording space, I predict anyone who attempts to build a studio there may already be certifiable for detention, but after a few years of trying to eliminate unexpected creaks, pops and "earth-belches" will go an voluntarily submit themselves for residence in an asylum.
