Twixt the 18th June and the 25th June I will be mostly doing stuff in the USA. Some flying, an inspection of the southern states, some flying and may stay still for a bit on the Saturday in Ashville NC (Noel Coward?). After 4pm I suspect that some VO people will join me for dinner. If you're nearby do let me know and I'll ensure there is a place for you at Big Beau's Bonus Burger n chicken Dipper Boutique which is just up the down side west of the on ramp off 33 and a third east of 45 before you get to 78 - Make sure you're heading north on the southbound parkway and you'll find it.

Philip,

Sigh. Cinda and I will be traveling to Iowa and Minnesota right around that time. I so wish I could arrange to be in the same place as you again. Ah well. If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.

Safe travels to you both, there'll be another opportunity soon.

My opportunity to see the south expanded late last night. Monday 22nd - Get up at stupid o'clock and take an Airbus A319 to New Orleans (it's like an A320 but without the alloy wheels and sunroof). Do not return to the place to which I am going back to until Tuesday evening so I will get to see the Levi (where the jeans are made) and may be I'll take a ride on the Gumboat. As the birth place of Jazz I hope to see plenty of Collies ...HOORAH!

Delta Ops (very MI5) is called Veronica, from the south, from the sound of her I would guess an African American and above all a delight. I could've listened to her organise my life all day.

"Philip honey, y'all gonna be seein' a whole LOT of Atlanta!" she chuckled.

This is all I've seen of it so far

That would all make sense to my brother-in-law Dan who pilots 727's for Delta. He likely will not be your captain since his promotion has him on domestic flights. Previously he flew co-pilot on 757's for international flights.

Gear up.

"Could you try one more take, but this time, make it conversational." Shocked
