I'm getting ready to send out my first postcard mailer next week, after I make some revisions to my website and post some new demos. Targeting ad agencies that I'm familiar with from my time selling radio, Mandy findings, a few select radio friends that have moved to a different market, and my prior V123 auditions that I can find contact info on.
I'm wondering if I should add small-market talent agencies to the list as well. Do you think this is a good idea? I'm afraid of running afoul of an agency's strict submission guidelines and getting put on time-out or something. _________________ John Roorda

Anyone in the market for your services is fair game so I wouldn't be too concerned. |
