Now, now, now! The first action at a time like this is to just grab your boot straps and start pulling. Beats me what that might accomplish, but that has been conventional wisdom for at least the last two centuries that are within my lifetime of experience.

Now to get past this mild panic you are experiencing, I suggest some distractive move that will occupy our attention so we don't focus too heavily on whether you are carrying out your domestic duties or not. (As long as you don't breathe too heavily, and do not sniffle loud enough to be heard, the llama tends to be very patient at a time like this!!!)

Now really. You've been lurking around here long enough to observe that most of us are lacking mental fortitude in some distinct area of life. DO NOT get too hung up on your frailties. Surely, out in the barn you have at least one choice bale of Alfalfa hay. I don't ever recall anyone ever offering the llama that delicacy. If you are willing to part with at least half of that bale, the llama might become your friend for life.
