I have this up on the Facebook Gear Exchange as well:
I have a Grace m101 preamp for sale, bought from Sweetwater in 2009 and used for a few months, been sitting in the box ever since. Original box, manual, power cord and everything included. New ones going for $765 on Sweetwater now. Drop me a line if you're interested!

Hm...I am in the market for a preamp, it's the only and last thing my little studio needs.
My only reservation with the Grace is that I've been told it's almost harsh in its transparency. When I say that out loud, that sounds a little silly LOL _________________ "The wise ones fashioned speech with their thought, sifting it as grain is sifted through a sieve." - Buddha

It all depends on what mic you pair it with (like any pre). |

That's the exact combo Paul strikwerda used, until he replaced the Grace with the Audient ID22. _________________ "There's Magic all around us; you just have to see it. And the most wonderful Magic of all, is just bein' alive." -Uncle Montork, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe |

I think at one point he also used a CAD E100S. |

That's right, for review purposes, mostly, but he was quite happy with it! _________________ "There's Magic all around us; you just have to see it. And the most wonderful Magic of all, is just bein' alive." -Uncle Montork, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe |

CAD e100s, TLM-102, D87, and RE-20 is what I'm running with an original Apogee Duet, or a thunderbolt Zoom TAC-2R. I bet the Grace would be good for the RE-20... _________________ "The wise ones fashioned speech with their thought, sifting it as grain is sifted through a sieve." - Buddha
