Nothing organised as yet. Thought I'd throw this out there for the usual chorus of .....

"Well I'd love to be there but have been dead for 3 years, am not a VO and was buried in Wookamunda, Near Paris France, Kathmandu and it has no regular bus service"

I was thinking may be a small sherry followed by a pie somewhere.

Bloody hell! Courvo and the VO Hospice group organise a non-event and everyone heads for a desert full of Hookers, organised criminals and slots.

I go to no trouble at all and ...tumbleweed.

"Philip, I'd love to be there then I remembered you're an asshole"
Around 7 billion people won't or can't be there!

STOP IT!

Who ...wait for this rather profound concept ...will be there?

Me n Paul obviously. Not totally convinced about Paul.

I'm visiting a place with MORE hookers, more organised criminals and people who gambled with the British banking system (Ben,we'd still like it back). Plus ...NO CONTENT GUARANTEED.

There will be a contest. Anyone who mentions P2P sites gets to wear the cocktail of my choice.

Philip,

I would oh so very much like to be there (and DC is a mere 6 hour drive from our home outside Pittsburgh) but the following morning I have to take part in an event here in Pittsburgh that I cannot miss; so as much as I wish I could, this time I cannot. I am truly sorry I will miss your visit to our shores. Time with you in person is precious to me and I am loathe to miss even one such occasion, but this time I must.

I have the advantage of being just me so, within reason, am able to do as I please when I please. At the end of "school" on Friday for the majority life starts to happen at a whole new level. No one should cancel stuff like that!

Michael Minetree lives in the DC area. You may want to reach out to him.

Haven't heard much from Linda Ristig lately, but she's in that area. I believe Dale Leopold is, too. And Joya and Bill Lord are not too far away. Philip's Citizen Eco-Drive US counterpart, Dude Walker, is also in that area (Lutherville).
