On Monday I'll be flying to Manchester to join with Phil's wife Elinor and their twin boys (10 years old) Ben and Alex to celebrate the life of, in my case, a very dear friend. Voice Over availability in the UK on that day will be at best patchy.

My condolences on your loss, Philip. What an amazing thing for him to do, however. That he had the knowledge of just how lucky he was and DID something positive with that knowledge tells me that those of you who knew him are very lucky indeed.
