What invoicing software do you use?
I'm using an old version of Billings (Marketcircle. before they moved it to a cloud-based nightmare) but it's lacking in features I'd like to see.
Looking for something that:
Can pickup in invoice number where I currently am at
integrates with ical or Reminders so that I know if someone has not paid me after XX days
Searchable (eg...'Client 1', '400')
If you could just post what you use I can find the deets on the program you're using.
Thanks so much _________________ www.moosevoice.com |

Freshbooks is my invoicing service. I save enough from their PayPal "business payment" option in PayPal fees to more than cover the cost of their annual service. (The business payment option is that if someone in the USA pays me via PayPal from their own PayPal account, no matter what amount the invoice is, the PayPal fees are 50 cents!) _________________ Be well,

Awesome. Thanks FinMac and Bob.
If anyone else can share what they're invoicing with, that'd be great.
Thanks! _________________ www.moosevoice.com |

Also Freshbooks. It rocks! (And that link will get you a free month if/when you sign up for a paid plan.) _________________ Doug Turkel (tur-KELL)

I've been using Quickbooks for years. The desktop Mac version. |

I agree with Jason. Would have to be really dense and heavy blankets and vinyl to isolate from noise in any meaningful way.

I wish there was a way you could do this with foreign payers. I paid something like $500 in Paypal fees last year and most of that was clients outside the US. |
