No, not promoting anything, just a random thought.

I did something at Edge in NYC last December and may do the same this year, we'll see. With the exception of the piece chosen for the mic time, everything will be the same so anyone who attended last year need not waste another $100 or so again.

Title? General theme? I was inspired this morning thanks to a reply someone left to a post elsewhere about my end of year travel plans. In effect, I said that I had no where to go, no invitations and no one with whom to spend time. No repsonses. Nothing. Not a sausage. Whilst there was truth in the post, it came with a laugh from every line. Nothing.

Late yesterday I posted that I was going to Amsterdam and would be spending Christmas staying at The Waldorf, wonderful place to be. Flights booked, hotel booked ..PLANS MADE, bills PAID! Hoorah! Written response to that news? ONLY written response to that news?

On a serious note it was just a nice thing to say and we do it all the time. So from whence came the inspiration? Do we do it all the time? No, we don't or to be specific I DON'T.

When I hand over control to the other Pilot I say "You have control" and he replies "I have control" NOT as we hit a mountain at 450mph "Blimey! I wish you had control just then" to which he replies "Mmmm. I wish I had control just then too!"

Regrets, hindsight, abstracts, EXCUSES and suggestions AFTER the fact in mind. The Edge Studios event, should it happen, will be titled ....
