Are these any good? I picked up some on sale at Guitar Center.
They seem accurate enough but I'm wondering if they are exaggerating the echo in the room. I hear it a lot more through them than I do over my bluetooth speaker.

(Note: I am currently recording in our corporate apartment until we get a house. I also don't usually edit with headphones since my normal studio monitors are pretty accurate)

The bluetooth may have noise cancelling tech built in.

From the headphone obsessed people at head-fi, the K52s are generally agreed to be:

1. Good for the low price, compares to a $100 set of cans

2. Mid-forward

3. Not as much bass as the K240's

4. Comfortable

I guess it depends on what you're using them for. I use AKG 271's for tracking in studio...

If you got them for the $30-ish price people on head-fi said they paid, then it sounds like a good deal -- AKG's are accurate cans, even if they don't sound very "exciting" for general listening.
