I posted this on facetube but thought it was worth sharing here.
In order to grasp the graspy things one needs to graspiate in order to do Voice Over work one can either blunder along and work things out as things progress OR pay someone to teach the Facts of Life (Voice Over Edition). You need to know what you need to know.
In order to get anywhere in the heady world of Overs we call Voice requires well rounded life skills. Most Voice Overs lack these in abundantly abundant abundance.
A diet of psycho-babble, me centred me-ness, too much TV and radio, an overdose of motivational speakers, over compensating and a complete lack of genuine interest in anything other than your particular flavour of the day has combined to make your business and professional functions dysfunctional.
Fixing the above and the other stuff will lighten your career rocket and send it soaring to the stars. I believe amongst the stars is where you belong. YOU believe I'm talking about "them" with weak people/life skills (business related), I'm not, I'm talking about you!
I urge you to URGENTLY disweaken them as a matter of urgent urgency
Happy to help. Am only a Skype call, phone call or real world visit away.
In my previous job I was "sent away" by my employer to fix me. It was awful but to be fair I was awful! In real life I am still awful and my basic life skills are far from perfect BUT I was taught how to perfect the illusion and give the opposite impression.

As the happy recipient of one of your earlier fine products, The Deluxe Turd Polishing Kit (TM pending), I am thrilled to hear of your newest offering. My walri have been looking rather dull and lifeless lately and I look forward to trying it.
Thank you for thinking on on our behalf.

To both Mr Banks and Bruce... I'm not one to be easily "roped in" on snake oil deals; you both seem credible and sincere, so count me in! Thanks to you both for taking time to share. _________________ If attacked by a mob of clowns go for the juggler.

Still fumbling in the dark, charlatans. The Ombudsman has been notified and a constable is on their way. |

I wholeheartedly endorse the "blunder along and work things out" business model. There is no lesson learned like one you learn yourself. No system like the twenty-seventh iteration of your own (each one better than the last). No better motivation than a mortgage payment due at the end of the month. _________________ Bish a.k.a. Bish

My revelation in your revelatory discourse leaves me no other recourse but to amend an unmendedness that is overdrawn.
We lost a marvelous man recently.
Professor Irwin Corey was a bizarre favorite as a kid (me as a kid... not he). He brilliantly straddled the gaps between the Medieval Fool, Vaudeville, and modern surreal sarcasm by being calculatedly unpredictable in the moment. I know no better remembrance than this, if you care to watch one small man seemingly innocently unravel an entire top-drawer television crew and staff...
Thank you so much Professor, there is no way I can ever mitigate your effect on how much I was when I started; a time when I was young and you brought such a plethora to the bouquet that was only available for a limited time... what an offer! I couldn't refuse!
