I asked a Our Favorite Paymaster at Falcon what rates would be for a 13-week TV and Radio VO for New York, Chicago, and LA, plus Boston.
I chose those cities for the heck of it— as an article of comparison. Tom of Falcon said "National" is not really a quantification they use because there are so many variables, and a spot rarely plays in all possible markets.
Rates below are at scale + 10% agent and is good for 13 weeks. Markets are the three majors plus six units for Boston.
TV-- talent receives: $1,597.35
Bottom Line W/ Agent - WHAT THE CLIENT PAYS: $2,582.39
Radio-- talent receives: $566.14
Bottom Line W/ Agent - WHAT THE CLIENT PAYS: $915.26 _________________ DBCooperVO.com
