I'm glad you posted this Dan. Many of us here are very close to Heather and she's one of the bravest people I know. Here are her words, posted on FB with the link to the article - copied and pasted here with her permission.

I remember the days when the term "casting couch" was said with a wink, wink and a nudge, nudge, and those days were as recent as last year. It turns out (and we should have always known) that there was nothing to wink about for the people who faced this challenge (offense).
Thankfully the tide is turning, like a roaring rip tide at least here in the U.S., and we are taking a giant leap towards full fairness and respect for all.
I don't know Heather. I may have met her at a conference, but hearing her story is like learning of a terrible event in our own "family". May the women affected find peace through their sharing.

Yes, thank you indeed for this post. This bit of #MeToo news had gotten past me. Terrible to read about such things happening but good that the perpetrator is being called out finally.
