The International Voiceoverists Disciplinary Committee of Gstaad have introduced a voiceoverist tiering system in order to assist the market.

Tier 1 - Those eligible to be considered first in the tiering system.
Tier 2 - Those not considered eligible for tier 1 tiering but with greater than
lower tiering worthiness.
Tier 3 - As tier 2 but with lower level worthiness rendering them lower than
both 1 and 2 but above lower tiers.
Tier 4 - The rest of them. The two -faced, talentless, disingenuous, P2P
hypocrites, parasitic, grabbers and whingers. The 5 NDAs before
breakfast brigade, jog then blog doods, empty headed vacant looking
blank diaried bullsh*t peddling meddling morons who need to be taken
to a rancid bog on the west coast of Ireland and planted head down.

Applications are invited. Tier 4 is already full so we'll allocate on an as someone leaves new member is in.

You need a purgatory tier between 3 & 4. It will be full of those awaiting their fate... buoyed by the hope they may go up (but we know what's really going to happen... don't we boys and girls!).

That could work.

Above is Layer 0.7 - Surepay.

Layer 6 - Trump supporting VOs. Pitch dark, you know there are others with you as you can hear them auditioning. Every time you walk toward the sound you veer off to the far right.

Layer 5 - Facetubing VOs. Screen but no keyboard. Think about it!
