Mmmm a bit misleading so I propose the following

Chat - All about the writer so re-name it Me
Gear - All about the gear and how the writer loves it or hates it or wants free tech support so rename it Mic n Me
Research and development - As hardly anyone ever goes there rename it NYC Annual VO Mixer.
Work - A once or twice a year event so rename it Visit to Grandma.
Events - Posts by broke people so rename Alms for the poor.
Recent Project - Nice to get affirmation but let's be honest and rename it I NEED a hug!
Critique - Mainly for holders of the One day pass so rename it Don't put the kettle on as I'll not stay long.
Entre Nous - As it is strictly between thee and the other 1,530 of us rename it The Parish Pump.
