The anti-CGRP medications, fremanezumab-vfrm, erenumab-aooe, galcanezumab-gnlm, and eptinezumab-jjmr target CGRP and were designed to decrease the number and overall occurrence of migraine attacks. They are metabolized differently than their abortive counterparts, ubrogepant and rimegepant, and thus exert a different effect.

i'm pretty sure there was a gerbil on the keyboard.

Or maybe the person writing that monstrosity had a migraine attack and didn't have access to anti-CGRP medications. Gasp
