I know someone who specialises in Audiobook narration, her USP is that "head in a milking pale sound". Think AHEAD OF THE CURVE.

i must say --- the reviewer was dead on.

i was reticent to do a fiction book, but was told that it only had "4 or 5 characters". it turned out to have 45 characters (exaggeration, but close), two of which were middle-aged jamaican men who conversed through the better part of four chapters.

it was a brutal experience and almost made me chuck this whole "talking out loud" gig in favor of a midnight shift stamping sh*t out of aluminum at the local plant.

i DID do a few other non-fiction books that i throughly enjoyed --- but --- as a rule, audiobooks ain't my bag.
