Seems the UK doesn't observe our Labor Day, possibly because we dropped the "U" from the word labor. Anyway, just did a rush job for our friends over there.
Hope you're enjoying your weekend, even if you're locked down again.

May 1st is usually considered the "celebration day" for the worker in the UK... and the end-of-summer holiday is the August Bank Holiday (last week) when it's traditional for families to picnic by the side of the A30 while they wait for their overheated car to cool off a bit after sitting in the traffic jam for three hours.
And yes... it's business as usual for me. I've been working with a German client today. _________________ Bish a.k.a. Bish

Worked for a production company in Belgium between sticking stuff to walls and playing hunt the Border Collie. Rescue or steal? Tough call.
Also lengthy chat with Elisa.
Yeah, I know "Thank you for your diary!"
Labour day is a bit Communistic, Comrade. |

Although our conservatives deny it we are a democracy full of socialist programs and institutions. And even they like and use them.
Starting from scratch with a puppy might not be as easy these days as it used to be. On the other hand we have taken on many rescue dogs over the years and while we loved them all, each one seemed to be damaged in some way by the brutes that owned them before us. Challenges handled with great care.
We went with a “fresh” puppy this time, raised alone with us in a hotel during flood and fire times, and then raised mostly alone at home with us during this lockdown, but she is turning out to be a lovely, bright creature that is a delight. Our best companion yet.
Bonne chance trouvant le bon nouveau chien pour vous.
