Good info, Mike. I'm messing around with Voiceoverview now and it's definitely interesting and applicable to what we do (obviously) but as you mentioned it's not very CRM heavy.
I'm looking to automate my followups and emails with potential clients (I feel dirty saying that!.
Leaning towards Nimble.
BTW, Marc Scott did a webinar with the CEO of Nimble with focus on voiceover if anyone's interested.
