Well, it's 5 here but with the wind factored in it feels like -16 - froze my face just bringing in the garbage cans from the curb.

At least the sun was shining today.

It's destined to be a balmy 23 here in Sandy UTAH. We had some great cold single digit nights about 2 weeks ago.

Elaine,

Is that 5 Celsius?

And we're going down to about 25 (Fahrenheit) tonight after a sunny day of 53.

I will trade you... 28 F as a high, -12 F as a low. And you think it's cold...? But it's a dry cold... Rolls Eyes

Bob I translated the temps to Fahrenheit - Celsius equivalent is -15 and -27...

It's going down to - 19 C (-2 F) overnight - that's without factoring in winds.

It was in the hi 60's today... with lows tonight in the mid to hi 30's.
We finally got a break from the freeze. For the past week, I've been waking up seeing the patio thermometer at below 30.

32 tonight with a high of 59 tomorrow. We usually have about 10 freezing nights per winter. It used to snow about every 5 years; always the rest of the country was in the deep-freeze as well. But we haven't seen snow since New Year's Eve 2000.
