Every once in a while an opportunity comes along to have some unusual fun in the recording studio. One of those times took place in Winnipeg, Manitoba when I was there last October.
I got a chance to catch up with my friend Peter Brown, who is a gifted writer and producer and he asked if I would mind laying down a few tracks while I was there.
He emailed me a copy of one of the finished spots the other day and since it represents something of a departure from my usual story-teller, narrator style I thought it might bring a smile to your face to hear it.
Click here for the spot. The other voice you'll hear is my friend Dick Terhune of Captain Mercury Productions.

2 things Bob:
1. The link is messed up. You have "comma mp3" instead of "dot mp3."
2. I enjoyed that. I got a chuckle out of the "...makes mah heart proud." I remember Dick from the Summit '05. _________________ Donovan

Yes, I definitely I detected a scent of Crisco in there. _________________ Joe Rodriguez, Bilingual Voice Actor | The Voiceover Thespian Blog |

Joe,
I actually think it might have been somewhat more "crude" than Crisco! _________________ Be well,

So THAT's why you moved to the far north end of Scotland, Banksey...to work on your brogue....well that and the short drive to the distilleries.
