I think you'll enjoy this short film:

How often do you not only hear, but see five voice-over legends get
together?
Have fun,

Thanks for that Bruce!
Not to spoiler the end, but I loved what the guy was cleaning up in the car where our heroes sat.... (that'll get you all thinking until you see it..) |

Great stuff and encouraging to see that these men have a sense of humour about how they make their living, a trait rarely found in so many voice artists. Pure magic. |

I love it! Thanks....
As a relative newcomer it's nice to see that the 'Big Guys' don't mind poking fun at themselves and one another.

I guess Hal Douglas must do all his session over ISDN/MP3.

Excuse No2 dead in the water "They're all looking for the bright, fresh good looking, young sound."
Philip Banks, 45 years old and see photo for ......Enough said. America's hottest voices would all call me "kiddo".
Old is the new young. Why am I so fantastic? No talent, just elderly and frail. |

Banksey,
That video had to be dated.... All we hear on TV these days is Ashton Smith and he didn't get any play or mention ... he really should have been the driver who was raking in all the cash.

Great movie, about some of the “Greats”. I think they could have used a bigger limousine. Where was Joe Cipriano? _________________ "Bailey"

Don't think video was made or posted for industry trend analysis. Just a bunch of old guys having fun.
Having said that we could start inventing voice artists who should've been included.
Blunt Weingum - KLMNO's fruit report voice
Marcel Marceau - The first great movie trail mime
Jenny La Spoon - Imaging and movie trailers for Weiser cable.
Foetus McGregor - For that "not quite born" sound. |

I was a PA at a voice studio called "The Audio Department" here in New York in the early 90's. Hal Douglas would come in to record on a regular basis. As ISDN gained popularity, we didn't see him as much.
What a fun job. Wish I was as serious then as I am now. Met some of the greats as I handed them coffee and copy.
Thanks for the movie, Bruce! That was extremely fun.
