voicework is about 50% of my income, whether done here at my own studio or at someone else's. another 30% or so comes from studio work done for others where my voice isn't required. the rest is spread out over writing jobs, on-camera character work, and the rare puppeteering job. |

vo is about 70% of my income - all done at home in my studio.
Thankfully my other job is part-time (3 days per week, 4-6 hours) at a medical centre and I really enjoy having that face-to-face contact with
people in the "offline" world. Being around so many ill people is a constant reminder of how lucky I am/have been.
Doing vo for 13 years now and still LOVE it. I went out "on my own" about 6 years ago and after countless hours of marketing myself on the internet, it has started to pay off in a decent fashion.
Funnily enough, most of my clients are from o/s but my big contracts come from down south (New South Wales, Tasmania and Victoria).
I love it and hope to continue doing it for ever! |

FYI: 690:1 = # of auditions submitted via v123:gig's scored = ROI = Expiration of Premium Membership. EOF! (End of file).
OK, and moving right along: here's one camper that's convinced: No Mo' Low Balls! Thanks, Frank. I needed that.
Last week, I got a photo shoot gig through my agent (brand name auto add) and this afternoon I'm headed to San Jose for booth announcing at local public TV station for fund rasing drive. Work is almost full time. Pay is significantly not. '' Fun's fun!!!

I hear that Charlie. I've gotten several jobs from V123, but lately I've been lowballed out of several I wanted. I'm pretty disgusted. _________________ Enjoy life, this is not a rehearsal.

I got One Very Dandy client from Voice 123.
One.
Very Dandy once or twice, but One nevertherless-- and it was a straight shot. No audition required. _________________ DBCooperVO.com
