Given the subject material I would like to hear you be a bit more conversational. It's just a little too obvious you are reading from a script. Think of it this way, you're having a very important, but a little awkward conversation with a close friend. Other than that, the reads are upbeat, friendly, warm, and compassionate. I think you hit the tone just right.

Technically, since it's for the web I'd like to hear the bottom end cleaned up a little bit. Maybe use EQ to roll off some of the bass and put a little more oomph in the upper-middle range. I think I'd turn the music down just a skosh. I say that only because the of the likelihood of clients with impaired hearing.
